As the Access Industry falls within the Industrial services sector; certain clients request different credentials for example;
** The nationally accredited CCNSG training scheme is designed to enable contractors to improve health& safety and environmental awareness. It will also benefit your company by reducing accident rates and incident related costs and putting a stop to repetitive health and safety inductions.

The new Confined Spaces Regulations set out the requirement for suitable and sufficient training for Scaffolder’s who enter confined spaces during the course of their work. The Regulations define a confined space as any vat, pit, flue, tank, sewer, drain and any other similar space by virtue of its nature there is a reasonably foreseeable risk to health & safety. Those persons who are ‘at risk’ must receive suitable training before entering a confined space.

FSS have experience within the Asbestos field and our specialist Access teams regularly erected access scaffolds and basic enclosure frameworks for various clients. All our operatives have ‘scaffolder asbestos training’ which is periodically checked and verified. All employees undergo a medical and all have face fit test for their masks if and when required.
